Welcome to KwartaFlex PH, a loan service company operated by KwartaFlex PH ("we," "us," or "our") that connects users with trusted loan partners in the Philippines. By accessing or using our website (https://www.kwartaflexph.com/), mobile applications, or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

KwartaFlex PH is a loan service company that helps users find and apply for loans from our approved loan partners. We are not a lender or financial institution but act as an intermediary to provide transparent access to loan options.

To use our Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old and a resident of the Philippines.

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration or loan application processes.

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

 

1.3 Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and changes will be effective upon posting on our website with the updated "Last Updated" date.

 

2. Transparency and Loan Partner Terms

2.1 Transparency Commitment

KwartaFlex PH is committed to transparency in all interactions. We provide clear, accurate, and accessible information about loan products, including interest rates, repayment terms, and eligibility criteria as provided by our approved loan partners.

 

2.2 Final Loan Terms

  • KwartaFlex PH facilitates loan applications but does not determine the final terms of any loan. The terms and conditions of any loan agreement, including interest rates, repayment schedules, and fees (if any), are set by the approved loan partner with whom you enter into a contract.

  • Upon approval of your loan application, the loan partner will provide their specific terms and conditions, which you must review and accept before entering into a loan agreement. KwartaFlex PH is not responsible for the terms set by loan partners.

 

2.3 No Processing Fees

KwartaFlex PH does not charge any processing fees for using our Platform or submitting loan applications. However, loan partners may impose their own fees (e.g., interest, late payment fees, or other charges) as outlined in their terms. Always review the loan partner's terms before proceeding.

 

3. Data Privacy and Security

3.1 Collection and Use of Data

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using our Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

 

3.2 Sharing with Loan Partners

To facilitate loan applications, we may share your personal information (e.g., name, contact details, financial information) with our approved loan partners. We ensure that such sharing complies with applicable laws and is limited to what is necessary for processing your application.

If you enter into a loan agreement with a loan partner, you are solely responsible for complying with its terms, including making timely repayments. KwartaFlex PH is not liable for any disputes arising from your loan agreement with a loan partner.

 

4.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

  • Misrepresent your identity or financial status.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • KwartaFlex PH acts solely as a platform to connect users with loan partners. We do not guarantee loan approval, the accuracy of loan partner terms, or the performance of any loan agreement.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, KwartaFlex PH shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any loan agreement with a loan partner.

  • We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or policies of our loan partners.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to KwartaFlex PH and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

 

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity.

 

8. Governing Law
